New Career Opportunities with RMHS

Fort Polk, Louisiana

RMHS, Inc., provides instructional services for the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) courses under government contract at Fort Polk , LA and has the following positions available for immediate employment. We are currently accepting applications for part-time technical instructors in the following courses:

  • Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) Defense
  • Motor Officer/SGT Certification
  • ULLS/PLL
  • Digital Training Management Systems (DTMS).

Technical instructors shall be deemed as subject-matter experts (SME) in the field for which they instruct and shall have a minimum of five years of military or comparable technical expertise as determined by the government in the instructional field. Experience in the instructional area must be within the previous five years prior to employment. All personnel hired under the training contract must have a Trustworthy National Agency Check (TNAC), which is initiated upon hire date by RMHS, Inc. Work hours will normally be scheduled between 0900 hours and 1700 hours Monday - Friday and continued employment will be based on favorable TNAC results.

Instructor personnel shall be capable of moving equipment such as videocassette monitors, portable TV monitors, and equipment of similar size and weight, not to exceed 50 pounds. Instructors shall be required to stand for long periods of time and be involved in recurring activities such as bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or lifting items such as computers, printers, monitors and boxes of books. Instructors must have the basic computer skills required to prepare and conduct training using various information systems and equipment.
