Robert H. Crosby is the President and Chief Executive Officer of NonPublic Educational Services, Inc. (NESI). Mr. Crosby has worked in education for more than 37 years and earned a Master's Degree in Administration from George Washington University. He has a broad based background in the field of education and the administration of educational programs at the federal, state and local levels. Mr. Crosby is responsible for all corporate operations and communications with a work force of more than 1,100 employees at 42 locations in the United States. His primary responsibilities have been the development of sound and effective educational programs geared to compensatory and alternative education in a variety of settings and diverse arenas. Rochelle Schneickert is Senior Vice President of the Military Division and Compensatory Education. She holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Virginia Polytechnic and State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from North Georgia College and State University. Ms. Schneickert supervises the project management execution of our Department of Defense programs and is responsible for our DoD contract administration for foreign language acquisition services, Army Continuing Education (ACES) services and Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) in the United States. Additionally, she is responsible for Title I projects in Wisconsin, Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, Texas, Louisiana and Georgia, as well as the SES programs in New York, Virginia, and Illinois. She is responsible for company policy implementation and contract compliance. Her experience includes administration of high school completion programs, management and supervision of Title I and SES programs, basic skills programs, foreign language programs, learning centers, libraries, and testing services for civilian and military clients. Ms. Schneickert is currently based out of the Woodbridge, Virginia division office. |

David Morrissette is Chief Financial Officer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College, Waltham, Massachusetts, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Morrissette, who has more than 20 years experience in accounting, began as the Director of Finance and Accounting with NESI in 2002. He oversees all accounting and financial services for Title I, the Military, High School, and Supplemental Educational Services as well as our corporate staff. He is currently based out of the Salem, Massachusetts corporate office. |

Donna Eldridge is Vice President of the High School Division. Ms. Eldridge earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina and her Master's Degree in Education in Guidance and Counseling from Providence College, Rhode Island. She also completed her postgraduate work at the College of Charleston, South Carolina and Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia. Ms. Eldridge has been with our organization since 1990 when she was selected to coordinate the opening of educational programs in Southeast Virginia. Donna is responsible for the total operational and educational components of all schools in the High School Division, the development and start-up of new schools and programs, and the provision of administrative services to charter schools. Prior to joining our organization, Ms. Eldridge was a public school teacher and an adult education program manager. She is currently based out of the Virginia Beach, Virginia office. |

Edla Hodgeson is our Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Hodgeson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Connecticut. She also completed the Human Resources Management Program at Bentley College, Massachusetts. Her professional memberships include American Management Association and the Society for Human Resources Management. Ms. Hodgeson has led our HR team since 1997 and oversees all HR programs and services for Title I, the Military, High School, and Supplemental Educational Services as well as our corporate staff. She serves as our company diversity executive and Leadership Development Program coordinator. Prior to joining NESI, her HR experience included 12 years in financial services and high tech industries. She is currently based out of the Salem, Massachusetts office, and resides in Gonzales, Louisiana. |

Donald M. Geraghty is the Vice President of Real Estate Operations with responsibility for all properties, lease contracts, construction, and new school facility locations for both NESI and Richard Milburn schools and academies. Mr. Geraghty attended Northeastern University. Prior to joining NESI, he had a 24-year management career at North Shore Medical Center in Salem, Massachusetts, where he was Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate and also served as Vice President of Operations for the Hospital’s affiliated medical group practice. Active in community affairs, he has served as both president of the local Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis Club. He is currently based out of the Salem, Massachusetts corporate office. |
