Instructions (click on plus sign "+" to expand)
+ Drop Down Menu Filters
Start by selecting your Access Level. Filter results by Category, Department or File Type. Use 1 or all 4 menus to refine your search.
For example, if you are looking for a certain payroll form in PDF, select 'Forms' from the CATEGORY menu, 'Payroll' from the DEPARTMENT menu and 'PDF' from the FILE TYPE menu.
+ Search by Filename
Select your Access Level. Then type part of the filename in the Search box, press ENTER. Clear the search with the CLEAR button. The RESET button clears all passwords for security if you are sharing your computer with other employees who do not have the same Access Level.
+ Sort by Column Headings
Sort columns in ascending order by clicking on the up arrow next to the column heading (ID, File Name, Size, Dept, Type or Access Level).
+ Downloading or Saving Files
Simply click on the File Name of the document. You may or may not receive a warning (see example in a new window). If you do, click OK. Then, when prompted by your computer, either save the document to your hard drive or to open the file directly.
